Role Description
ProNoesis is seeking a Senior Architect – Identity Security to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and operational delivery of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ohio, requiring close collaboration with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to architect scalable, secure, and compliant Identity Security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identity and Access Management (IDAM) security implementation and operational services.
- These services encompass a comprehensive array of tools and platforms, including Active Directory, Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions such as Okta, Ping, and Microsoft Entra, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Two Factor Authentication (2FA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
- Additionally, there will be a focus on enhancing ProNoesis’ Identity Express accelerators, aimed at maximizing efficiency and delivering accelerated value to our clients.
- Analyze organizational processes, business and technical requirements and identify automation and optimization opportunities for project specific needs and tailor the processes as per project requirements.
- Understand organizational processes, project objectives, and client requirements. Tailor and define project-specific processes. Bring process optimization and automation in Identity security service.
- Architect enterprise security and IDAM solution stacks and frameworks. Develop and design enhancements for Identity Security solutions.
- Integrate with Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) as well as Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) security solution.
- Perform Management of security policies, procedures, and standards definition. Integrate/migrate applications to consume core IAM services leveraging Identity security platforms.
- Build and review overall program progress. Manage multiple stakeholders including business, analytical and operations teams to articulate solution requirements for each group during application migration to consume IDAM services.
- Configure, develop, and implement onboard applications on Identity security platform.
- Define test strategy and conduct testing under stress conditions to optimize performance.
- Ensure that projects are following the defined processes. Coordinate, plan and manage activities and interaction with clients to facilitate smooth integration and support on cybersecurity posture.
- Client interaction and onsite-offshore coordination. Anticipate customer needs and provide solution inputs. Implement services/process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with various teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis and solution identification. Provide periodic reporting for stakeholders on support, enhancements, and deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Security, or a closely related field.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise Identity Security solutions.
- Strong architecture experience across Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Operations.
Work Location
Job based in Dublin, OH, with the possibility of relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
